When someone ignores you, be thankful that he/she has told you how bad you were in attitude and stuffs.
When someone helps you, be gracious and thank them for they're not obliged to help you.
When someone stands by you, be contented as you're not alone emoing.
When someone listens to your sorrows, be happier cause he/she has her own problems too, but he/she chose to help you in yours.

Why can't humans be satisfied?

I felt bad when i heard i got into the appeal but not En Yong.
