Okays. Short post about BAND CAMP!
DAY 1!Kinda fun. Played games, kena thrown flour at. For the blind man's trial, its super funny. The Camp Com. are the ones throwing water at us. Then in the end, Kah Hwee, Camp Committee too, kena drenched from top to bottom! LOL.
Had drills before we bathed.
Then sectionals before solo night for sec 1s. Reached our sectional area, behind school hall, and saw this scenery. Kinda nice. But my phone camera sucks. =.="
We practised major scales and minor scales. The tutor want us to know. >.<

Then solo night for sec 1s. Its a very sad night la.. More then 3/4 of the sec 1 batch kena chased out cause not good enough... >.<
Then we celebrated Kah Hwee's bday. But it's a belated one, cause we celebrated it at 1am+ =(

DAY 2!We practically had drills for the whole day. Morning was PT. I wasn't used to running in the morning, plus i just came *ahem* and the breakfast was spicy, i was having a super bad stomach ache. TT^TT
Drills and drills. Then POP rehearsal. Leg super tired. Stood for SUPER LONG!!
At night, we had DEBATE. Topic was: Is intensive training needed for the band to improve? Our section was the opposition party. The Sec 4s helped a lot! =)
We made a script for the DEBATE cause the winner need not clean up the school! xDD So our section was damn enthusiastic about it. (;

Ming Wei was super funny. He was fighting with CORNETs! He was saying about the rubber band being pulled too hard and "piak" snapped. LOL. Btw, he's on the opposition side too! (; Then he gave an example of a plant. If you put in too much water, the plant will die, but in little by little, the plant won't die, instead will grow fruit.
Then Hong Jie said: What if the plant is a water plant? LOL.
Then the sec 4s talked to us. I was on the brink of tears. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH SHANNON. They way he said about quality and quantity. (: If we have quality training, even in a short while, you can improve. But if we have quantity training, our improvement is little. So add both together, we will improve greatly.
What Zhi Yang said really understand most of us. He said he didn't know if some of us there was taking all these words as bull shit or something, just hope that we will not take their words and throw it away. (something like dat)
Then the talk and stuff was over. Slept.
DAY 3!Woke at 5.10am then 6.30am. Cause Joanna and me wanted to wrap the Sec 4s present.
Reported at 8am and then we started off with drills before breakfast. After breakfast was drills and drills then POP rehearsal. It's not like according to planned, sectionals for us. Then we wanted the Sec 1s to march with us, cause we didn't wanna left them out. They suck. =X
As in like, they took 1day+ and they can't march PROPERLY. Everyone goes Left, Left, Left, Right. Then when they lifted their left leg, they lifted their left arm also. So they marched like monkeys. And best is, THEY DON'T REALISE IT! OMG. Even last year, we marched better can?!
Then i think POP was bad lor. Due to the sec 1s, our marching in is like shit. They don't even care about it la. I mean, at least put in some effort please? There's SYF next year. Super scared we cannot make it. I MUST IMPROVE!

WE CAN MAKE IT!YESTERDAY!There was Opening Ceremony Rehearsal. Only 22 people turned up. Mostly from woodwinds. CLARINETS had almost full attendance! (: We were suppose to stay back till 5pm+ But cause we just had band camp, and didn't get enough rest, so we were dismissed around 1.30pm. (:
TODAY!Went jasmine's house to do Service Learning. Pictures of the kids!
Totally glad and relieved that we finished our SL today, just a day before School reopens :)
Then i went Lot 1 to buy present for Kah Hwee! But nothing special. =( Ended up i went to IMM with my mum. (: Dined at Fish & Co.
Worried about the tuba matter. Christopher and Ming Wei said i owe them 1000 push ups and 50 rounds around the field. But Kah Hwee said not so much. At most 80-100 push ups. I shall trust her... (:
I have a hunch that there's gonna be something happening tomorrow... And it's a bad thing. D:
I'm scared and tired now.
